Eligibility: This Campaign (the “Saddle Giveaway”, “Couples Sweepstakes”, or “Sweepstakes” or other promotional giveaways) is open only to legal residents of Texas and Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Davy Knapp Photography, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. If you have won a prize or redeemed a major promotional offer from Sponsor within the past 365 days, you are ineligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you (“Entrant”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online only. All entries must be received by the closure date stated on the entry form or in promotional materials (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to extend or modify dates.
How to Enter: Enter the Sweepstakes by submitting the online entry form on the Sponsor’s website or designated social media channels. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. Fraudulent entries or attempts to circumvent rules will result in disqualification.
Prizes: There will be two (2) Grand Prize winners selected at the end of the 12-month promotional period: one custom saddle from Oliver Saddle Shop (approximate retail value: $4,500) and one pair of custom cowboy boots from Becks Cowboy Boots (approximate retail value: $595), Hotel Stay at Embassy Suites and 30” Portrait from Davy Knapp Photography (approximate retail value $5000). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $10,095. Actual/appraised value may vary. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize-related expenses (including taxes) are the Winner’s sole responsibility. Acceptance of prize grants Sponsor permission to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. No prizes other than those described are offered through this Sweepstakes.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds will be expressed as a ratio (e.g., 1: number of entries) which are unknown.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by random drawing under Sponsor’s supervision at the end of the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within seven (7) days of selection. Sponsor is not liable for undelivered notices due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other issues. Winners must respond within ten (5) days, be eligible, and return a completed notarized affidavit of eligibility/release within ten (10) days. Failure to comply results in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Receipt of prize is conditioned on compliance with all laws and these Official Rules. Any violation of these Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion.
Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Sponsor, its licensees, successors, and assigns the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, name, likeness, image, statements, and biographical information worldwide, in perpetuity, in any media for news, publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, or consent, unless prohibited by law. You represent that your entry is original and does not infringe third-party rights. If infringement is claimed, you will defend and indemnify Sponsor against related claims, losses, or damages.
Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other cause corrupts or affects administration, security, fairness, or conduct. In such cases, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process, operation, or violating these Rules. Any attempt to damage the website or undermine legitimate operation may violate criminal/civil laws; Sponsor may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, partners, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability for illness, injury, death, loss, claim, damage, or litigation arising from participation, prize acceptance/use/misuse, technical failures, unavailability of services, unauthorized intervention, or errors in administration/entry processing, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually (no class action) exclusively in courts located in Potter County, Texas. You waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (except actual out-of-pocket entry costs) and agree damages will not be multiplied.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with entries is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy on the website.
Winners List: To request a winners list or copy of these Official Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Davy Knapp Photography, Inc., 1703 South Tyler Street, Amarillo, TX 79102. Requests must be received within 60 days after Promotion Period ends.

Optional Complimentary Portrait Session Offer (Separate Promotional Gift) As a thank-you for entering the Sweepstakes, eligible entrants qualify for an optional complimentary family portrait session at Knapp Portraits, including one 11x14 portrait (approximate retail value: $1,000]). This offer is entirely separate from the Sweepstakes and has no connection to entry, eligibility, or chances of winning.
Participation is completely optional and not required to enter, remain entered, or win any prize in the Sweepstakes.
No purchase, payment, session attendance, or reservation fee is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. A purchase or payment will not increase your odds of winning.
To take advantage of this complimentary offer: A refundable reservation fee of $149 is required to secure your appointment time on our calendar.
The full $149 will be refunded in its entirety immediately upon: (1) your completion of the session; or (2) your provision of at least five possible reservation dates, none of which can be confirmed due to scheduling limitations.
Refund Conditions (disclosed in at least 10-point type): If you do not attend the scheduled session without advance notice or valid reason, the fee will be forfeited to cover administrative and opportunity costs. No partial refunds.
Disclosure: The session may include a brief sales presentation (approximate duration: 30–60 minutes) describing our portrait products, packages, and services. No purchase is required during or after the presentation to receive the complimentary session and 11x14 portrait.
This reservation fee does NOT constitute consideration for Sweepstakes entry and does NOT affect your eligibility, entry status, or odds of winning any prize. The Sweepstakes is governed solely by the free entry method in these Official Rules.
Major Contests Promotional Duration & Prize Drawings This Sweepstakes is part of a 12-month promotional giveaway conducted by Davy Knapp Photography, Inc. on Meta, social media, and online platforms. All eligible participants remain in the running for the major prizes throughout the period. Two major prize winners will be selected via random drawing at the end of the 12-month period. Winners will be contacted directly and publicly announced on Sponsor’s official social media pages.
