28th Birthday Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

Davy Knapp Photography, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 1703 South Tyler Street, Amarillo, TX 79102, (806) 371-9210, info@knappfineportraits.com. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Visa, or Hilton.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Texas and Oklahoma who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, its agencies and suppliers, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Anyone who has won a prize from Sponsor in the past 365 days is not eligible.

3. Contest Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 16, 2026.

4. How to Enter

Complete the online entry form linked from Sponsor's Facebook ad or website. Limit one entry per person for the entire contest. Entries using multiple names, emails, or devices will be disqualified.

5. Grand Prize (1 winner)

One Grand Prize package, total retail value $5,700:

  • $2,000 Visa gift card (retail value $2,000)

  • All-inclusive Family Portrait Experience and one 30" Fine Art Wall Portrait from Sponsor (retail value $3,500, based on Sponsor's regular price to the public)

  • One-night stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton, Amarillo, TX (retail value $200)

Travel, airfare, meals, and incidental expenses are NOT included in the hotel stay. The Grand Prize does not require attending any sales presentation and does not require any purchase.

6. Grand Prize Drawing

The Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on December 17, 2026, at Sponsor's studio, 1703 South Tyler Street, Amarillo, TX 79102. The Grand Prize is the only prize awarded in this giveaway; total retail value of all prizes is $5,700.

7. Separate Thank-You Gift (Not Part of the Giveaway)

Every eligible entrant may receive an optional complimentary private Family Portrait Session at Sponsor's Amarillo studio and one 11x14 Fine Art Print (retail value $1,000, based on Sponsor's regular price to the public). This gift is offered to all eligible entrants, is not awarded by drawing, and is separate from the giveaway. Accepting or declining it does not affect entry, eligibility, or odds of winning.

  • Sales presentation required: Receiving the gift requires attending a sales presentation of approximately one (1) hour at Sponsor's studio, presenting Sponsor's portrait products and services (fine art wall portraits, framing, albums, and portrait packages). No purchase is required to receive the gift.

  • Refundable reservation deposit: A $149 refundable deposit is required to reserve the session appointment. The full $149 is refunded when (1) you attend your scheduled session, or (2) you provide at least five possible appointment dates, none of which Sponsor can confirm.

  • Refund condition: if you miss your scheduled appointment without advance notice, the $149 deposit is forfeited.

  • No redemption, shipping, or other fee is charged for the gift.

  • The deposit is not consideration for entry into the giveaway and does not affect eligibility or odds of winning.

  • The gift session must be scheduled within 14 days after Sponsor first contacts you. If Sponsor cannot offer an available appointment within that window, the deadline is extended until one can be offered. Travel to the studio is the recipient's responsibility.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of each drawing and must respond within 10 days or an alternate winner will be selected. The Grand Prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor will use a winner's name or likeness for promotion only with the winner's express written consent.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness, and in that case will award prizes from eligible entries received before the action. Entrants release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law. This giveaway is governed by Texas law; disputes will be resolved in Potter County, Texas.

12. Privacy and Text Messages

Entry information is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at knappfineportraits.com/privacy-policy. By opting in, entrants agree to receive customer care and marketing calls and text messages from Sponsor. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

13. Winners List

After December 17, 2026, anyone may request the name of the Grand Prize winner and the prize won by emailing info@knappfineportraits.com or writing to Sponsor at the address above.
